Dress code?

Formal attire is requested. Early May in the Hunter Valley can be a little chilly, with daytime temperatures around 20°C, dropping to 10°C at night. Please note that a small area of the venue has gravel surfaces, but don’t worry, ladies - your favourite heels are still welcome! Heel stoppers will be provided upon arrival ;)
Transport and parking!

On the day of the wedding, we've set up a super convenient shuttle bus service for everyone! It will pick you up from your accommodations between 1-2pm and bring you back at the end of the evening. As the big day approaches, we’ll send specific pickup times via SMS to the designated contact person. This way, you can all relax and have a great time without any worries about transportation. There is limited onsite parking so please let us know if you intend to drive to the venue on the day.
Why is the transport map on the travel page not working?

To view the area map on our Travel & Stay page, you will need to do so on a computer! (Google maps on phones doesn't appreciate my work...)
Can I bring a plus one or my children?

We kindly request that only the guests listed on the invitation attend the wedding. Due to limited space and the intimate nature of the event, we cannot accommodate plus ones or children who are not explicitly named. We truly appreciate your understanding and help in making this day special! If there's anything you need or any questions you have, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
